KUALA LUMPUR, 29 Sept 2008: Hari Raya Aidil Fitri will be celebrated on Wednesday, 1 Oct, the Keeper of the Rulers’ Seal announced today.
“As ordered by Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong, after obtaining the consent of the Rulers, the Keeper of the Malaysian Rulers’ Seal has declared that Hari Raya Puasa for all states in Malaysia will fall on Wednesday, Oct 1, 2008,” said a statement released by the Office of the Rulers’ Seal, Malaysia. — Bernama
