IPOH, 11 Aug 2009: Perak PAS Youth hopes the Ipoh City Council (MBI) will approve its application to hold a rally at Stadium Perak, urging the dissolution of the Perak State Assembly.
Its secretary, Dr Raja Ahmad, said it was in response to the proposal by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Najib Razak that rallies be held in stadiums.
The application letter for the rally scheduled 17 Oct was sent to Ipoh Mayor Datuk Roshidi Hashim today.
He said the move to hold the rally at the stadium was to avoid undesirable incidents and to make crowd control easy. — Bernama

Sometimes in Malaysian politics, a lot of promises are made. Some fulfilled, some forgotten. As usual, Malaysians display their patience. Now is time for PM Najib to deliver his promise. Will it be fulfilled or forgotten? I’m sure being the PM, he’s a man of his words. If not, then his “1Malaysia” needs a post mortem.
Mr PM. Malaysia is waiting.
