My sympathy to the families of those who passed on.
My question is, was the double-decker bus properly approved for road worthiness? Who is in charge of this approval?

How on earth was this double decker bus allowed on the expressway? In terms of the safety of this type of bus, it’s questionable. Please, JPJ limit the bus speed according to your own sticker…..all buses must be fixed with speed cut-off mechanism.
