KUALA LUMPUR, 30 Oct 2008: Dewan Rakyat Speaker Tan Sri Pandikar Amin Mulia will decide on 3 Nov the motion by Opposition Leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim to have the Dewan Rakyat meeting adjourned to discuss three government projects.
The three are the RM11.31 billion broadband project, RM4.26 billion purchase of Bank Internasional Indonesia by Maybank and the RM1.679 billion Eurocopter EC725 helicopter deal.
Pandikar Amin said he was not able to make the decision today as he received the motion only after 10am yesterday.
“The decision is on Monday,” he said at the Dewan Rakyat today. — Bernama
