KLANG, 21 Jan 2009: A primary school teacher was charged in the Sessions Court here today with two counts of performing unnatural sex on a 14-year-old boy in August last year.
Badrul Akmal Ishak, 30, pleaded not guilty and claimed trial to both the charges.
On the first charge, he was alleged to have performed unnatural sex, by sodomising the boy at house No: 53, Jalan Genting 5/KU4, Taman Kembara 2, Rantau Panjang, at about 1am on 24 Aug 2008.
Badrul Akmal, who was arrested on 29 Aug last year, is also charged with forcing the boy to perform oral sex on him at about 3am at the same place and day.
Judge Yong Zarida Sazali allowed Badrul Akmal bail of RM5,000 in one surety for both offences and warned him not to go near or disturb the victim.
Badrul Akmal was also ordered to report to the nearest police station on the first Saturday of every month until the disposal of the case.
The case is fixed for mention on 3 March. — Bernama
