ON 20 June 2010, The Nut Graph kicked off its first Found in Conversation event titled Creativity and Innovation in Politics. Around 80 guests attended the Sunday evening event at Leonardo’s Dining Room and Wine Loft, Bangsar, which was the venue sponsor.

At the event, Umno Youth chief Khairy Jamaluddin, DAP national publicity secretary Tony Pua and Parti Keadilan Rakyat’s Nurul Izzah Anwar spoke on current political issues and innovative practices within their parties. The conversation among the politicians and with the audience was moderated by The Nut Graph co-founder and editor Jacqueline Ann Surin.

Soon-to-launched PopRadeoo was the event’s media partner.

Found in Conversation aims to link personalities, ideas, and people. Its hope is to provide opportunities for the public to engage with notable personalities and industry experts through a one-and-a-half hour conversation. The next forum, to be held in July, is expected to focus on creativity and innovation in business.
